At the heart of our Eastbourne restaurant are husband and wife team Julio & Arethusa Crivelari. They are as passionate about the welcome you receive as the food they create. Julio’s love for cooking is evident with every dish he prepares and his creativity shines through his many daily specials. They are keen to ensure this is not just a “meal out” but a complete experience. You can watch us handcraft our pizzas in our open plan pizzeria where we use the finest ingredients to create the same thin crust pizzas you would find on the streets of Naples.
